In Villa Chef Service
Did you know you can arrange to have one of our restaurant chefs come to your villa to prepare a fantastic meal in the luxury and comfort of your own villa? It’s a fantastic experience! A romantic dinner for two, or an amazing evening for your large family or friends. To request a chef, contact our restaurant manager, Ms. Delia Benitez by email delia.benitez@clubcascadas.com. Last night, we were treated to the “Floating Chef Experience” with German and Rogelio. What a fabulous evening we had! It was a great way to get to know some of the many people, making Cascadas a unique resort. German started 14 years ago as a dishwasher in the kitchen, and now, his preparation and attention to detail has elevated him into a truly amazing chef! The five courses were fabulous, and we are anxious to enjoy the ‘leftovers’ today for lunch! Please pass this on to Miguel Torres and his staff.

You can request the service on your pre-arrival form or at the restaurant when you arrive. A limited number of chefs are available, so it is best to plan early.
Airport Transfers to Club and Low-Cost Shuttle to the Airport
Club Cascadas has a longstanding agreement with TransCabo, a leading transfer company, to bring members and guests from the airport to Club Cascadas. Members and guests can reserve a group van, or private shuttle from the airport direct to Club with TransCabo. Use their simple website https://www.transcabo.com, or call them toll free 1 833 827-3723. Returning to the airport is also made simple. 24-hour taxi service at our door for approximately $85 for a van for up to 8, UBER for around $65, or schedule a group shuttle to the airport for $21 per person at the front desk. Rent your Villa?
We always want our members to come down and enjoy their beautiful villa, but if you can’t come down and you would like to have your villa rented, simply contact the onsite rental office. You don’t have to worry about who is using your villa, or personal liability like you do if you try to rent on your own. Contact rental@cascadaslegacy.com and we’ll be happy to help find a renter for your week. Good for you. Good for the renter. Good for Club! High occupancy means our wonderful maids and restaurant staff receive tips for their outstanding service.
Pre-Arrival Reminder
For members coming down to use their week, or for guests renting a villa, please remember to send in your Pre-Arrival form at least one week prior to your arrival so our onsite team knows how to prepare for your stay in paradise. You can also order groceries to be stocked in your villa. Make reservations at the spa or restaurant. Arrange transfers from the airport, buy travel insurance and more. Sister Resort Ocho Casdadas in Puerto Vallarta
Club Cascadas members and guests are invited to come visit the first Cascadas resort, Club Ocho Cascadas in Puerto Vallarta. Nine luxury two and three bedroom villas built into the hillside overlooking beautiful Banderas Bay and the white sandy beach below.
