Our Villas run Thursday to Thursday. Bridging a Thursday will involve a room change and cost 20% higher. PLEASE avoid requesting stays over Thursday
Because our inventory changes constantly and every villa is unique, we do not offer online booking. To check available and rate, call our onsite office toll free 1 888 846 5571, or send an e-mail to rental@cascadaslegacy.com with your name, dates, number in your party and if you been to Club Cascadas before and we will respond within 24 hours with options.

Are you a member looking to rent out your villa?
Listing your villa for rent is easy. We would rather you come down to enjoy your week, but if you can’t make it, we are happy to go to work to get your villa rented.
Simply complete the Rental / Maintenance Dues Reimbursement Authorization Agreement. We will send you written confirmation your form has been received and written confirmation as soon as your villa is rented. You can cancel the listing at any time as long as your villa has not been rented. Your payment is issued on the 10th of the month following your week. Simple. Why rent through your Cascadas Vacations Inc Sales Office rather than trying to rent on your own? Several reasons:
Safe When CVI rents your villa, your identity and your personal information is secure as the week rents through the program.
Legal When CVI rents your villa, we do the accounting and corresponding payments and tax obligations related to the rental.
Easy When Cascadas rents your villa, you are not bothered with advertising, responding to inquiries, collecting payment, notifying the resort of the guest name, tax payment, etc.
Helps your Club When CVI rents your villa, any profit from the CVI rental program goes right back into your Club to help keep annual maintenance dues low.
