The Cabo Art Walk is this month’s HOT TOPIC

A local tradition that cannot be missed is The Art Walk in San José del Cabo. This popular event is held weekly every Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. starting in November through the end of July.

The event is free and provides for an opportunity to try some wine, sample cheese, stroll through the streets of downtown San Jose while visiting the many art galleries in the area and interact with the top artists and gallery owners. Paintings, sculptures, handcrafts, and many other objects and goodies are for sale covering the needs for all price ranges.

The Art Walk provides visitors with a true Mexican feel and charm experience allowing to explore a color-filled area. Iconic places such as the historic church, Plaza Mijares, the town square, and City Hall are all nearby.
Please keep in mind that there may be parking restrictions as this is a popular event and some streets are enabled as pedestrian-only.

ON THE MENU: Water Aerobics Program

This low-impact workout is a great way to start your day at Club Cascadas. The invigorating activity helps to build muscle strength and boost endurance. Our onsite activities team is well-prepared to ensure you have a good workout and a fun time. The water aerobics class lasts about an hour and floaties for the activity are provided by the Club.

While the activity takes place inside the Tiburon pool, the activity does not consist in swimming, but you will experience all kinds of exercises such as water walking, bicep curls, leg lifts, kickboard moves and more…

Water aerobics are a good choice if you have joint problems, chronic pain, or are recovering from injury but an even better choice to meet and interact with fellow guests. The Water Aerobics Program is available in the Shark Pool every day except Thursday and Friday at 11:00 a.m.

SPOTLIGHT: The Whitehead Family!

Sitting under palapas since 1998, you can find Mike, Kim, and their extended family in the pools, 4 weeks out of the year!
Please submit a photo of your family to your home away from home at: info@clubcascadas.com

Sales, Rentals, and Trades – OH MY!

All rentals are now handled through the on-site sales office. Trading Places will no longer be renting member units at Club Cascadas. You may still bank your weeks with TPI; however, you may need to use them at other resorts since inventory is always limited at Club Cascades de Baja.

Members that cannot come down to enjoy their week and would like to have their Villa rented may contact the on-site rental office at +1-888-846-5571 or e-mail to rental@cascadaslegacy.com.

All rentals done through the on-site sales office comply with both US and Mexican law and both the member and the rental guest are guaranteed a safe, secure arrangement.

DID YOU KNOW?

The Club owns and operates a desalination plant, which is located on the premises near the entrance gate and produces about 80,000 gallons per day, enough to provide pure water to all the villas, kitchens, laundry, pools, and landscaping.

The expected useful life for the desalination plant was projected to end in 2024-2025. However, our diligent staff has been able extend the useful life for another 5-10 years. The desal plant runs at night to fill the cisterns to avoid peak rates for electricity during the day, which has allowed to us save on electricity consumption, as electricity is the second largest resort operating expense.
